Construction Handbook

The Construction Handbook provides general guidance for selecting and implementing Best Management Practices (BMPs) that will eliminate or reduce the discharge of pollutants from construction sites to waters of the state and developing and implementing stormwater pollution prevention plans (SWPPPs) that document the selection and implementation of BMPs for a particular construction project.
